Tom’s Watch Bar VIP 2-for-1 Program

By participating in the Tom’s Watch Bar VIP 2-for-1 Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Program is offered by Tom’s Watch Bar and its affiliated entities (“Tom’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Program is open only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of participation.
Participation is limited to Tom’s Fan Club members who have:

  • A valid email address on file, and
  • Successfully opted in to receive promotional SMS messages from Tom’s Watch Bar.

The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees of Tom’s Watch Bar and its affiliates may be excluded where required by law or internal policy.

Eligible members may receive access to a VIP 2-for-1 beverage offer at participating Tom’s Watch Bar locations, subject to these Terms.

Offer Details:

  • Buy one (1) beverage and receive one (1) beverage of equal or lesser value at no additional cost.
  • Beverages must be the same beverage (same type and size).
  • Applies to any eligible beverage, unless otherwise restricted by location or law.
  • The offer may be redeemed up to two (2) times per visit, per eligible member.

Unless otherwise stated by a specific location:

  • Valid Monday through Thursday only
  • Valid during the following time windows:
    • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • 10:00 PM – Midnight
  • Not valid outside these days or times.

The offer must be activated by the member prior to redemption.
Activation requires:

  • Enrollment in the Tom’s Fan Club, and
  • Successful SMS double opt-in confirmation.

Redemption requires the guest to:

  • Identify themselves as a VIP using the 2-for-1 offer when ordering, and
  • Provide the phone number associated with their Fan Club account at checkout.

Rewards are redeemed through Tom’s point-of-sale system and are subject to system availability.

  • Only one (1) VIP reward may be applied per check.
  • Multiple VIP rewards on the same table require separate checks.
  • Guests wishing to redeem multiple VIP rewards in the same party are strongly encouraged to request separate checks at the start of service.
  • Tom’s Watch Bar is not responsible for rewards that cannot be applied due to check configuration.
  • The VIP 2-for-1 Program is currently scheduled to end on March 12, 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier.
  • Tom’s Watch Bar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

The Program:

  • Has no cash value
  • Is not transferable
  • May not be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupons, or offers unless expressly stated

Offer availability may vary by location due to:

  • Local laws and regulations
  • Alcohol service rules
  • Operational constraints

By participating, you agree to receive promotional email and recurring SMS messages from Tom’s Watch Bar related to this Program and other Fan Club benefits.

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, but doing so may make you ineligible for VIP rewards, including the 2-for-1 offer.

Tom’s Watch Bar reserves the right to:

  • Deny redemption
  • Revoke rewards
  • Suspend or terminate Fan Club membership

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a member has engaged in abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the Program.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the participating Tom’s Watch Bar location operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
