Tom’s Watch Bar’s Bressi Garage location in Seattle has been named a 2026 BakerTilly / AGC of Washington Build Washington Award winner, earning top honors in the Tenant Improvement (Over $5 Million) category.
The Build Washington Awards recognize excellence in construction, design, and project execution across the state. Bressi Garage stood out among its peers for its thoughtful transformation of a historic structure into a modern, high-energy gathering space designed for today’s sports fans.
Built in partnership with Wilcox Construction, LLC, the project brought new life to a landmark building that originally served Seattle motorists in the 1920s. The redevelopment preserved the character of the original space while introducing a screen-forward layout, flexible gathering areas, and contemporary design elements tailored for large-scale live sports viewing.
A defining feature of the location is its rooftop patio, which offers views of Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle skyline. Together with the interior layout, the space was designed to function as a year-round destination for fans before, during, and after major sporting and entertainment events.
The judges cited the project’s execution, collaboration, and overall impact as key factors in its selection. The award highlights the work of the extended project team and reflects Tom’s Watch Bar’s continued investment in creating immersive fan-first environments in marquee sports markets.
