Tom’s Watch Bar Names Brooks Schaden and Shannon McNiel Co-CEOs

Tom’s Watch Bar, a Colorado-based sports viewing and entertainment concept, has appointed Brooks Schaden and Shannon McNiel as co-CEOs. Both are co-founders of the growing chain, alongside Tom Ryan and Rick Schaden, who remain on the board and serve as active advisors.
Schaden continues as Chairman of the Board.

With decades of experience in private equity, investment banking, and entrepreneurship, Schaden previously held roles at Merrill Lynch, ABN-AMRO, and was instrumental in Smashburger’s expansion and eventual sale to Jollibee Foods in 2018.
