? Indy’s Newest Wings Make an Impression.
Tom’s Watch Bar arrives in Indy in the midst of my quest to check out the city’s most can’t-miss buffalo wings during a hot winter sports season.
⚡ Why It Matters:
Tom’s is too new to Indiana to establish any kind of wing rep in the Circle City, but the new bar smell will likely attract plenty of sports fans over the next few months.
So their wings must be run through the wringer.
?️ My Take:
⭐ Four out of five flats for their buffalo wings.
✅ **Crunch and size** are the highlights, and the sauce packs enough punch to satisfy my picky palate.
❌ But still not the kind of scorcher that’ll have you reenacting Paul Rudd’s memorable stop on Hot Ones.
? Yes, But…
? **The real winner is Tom’s Korean BBQ wings.**
Sticky, smoky, satisfying. **These are the wings to opt for if you stop at Tom’s.**
?️ You get the **heat**, but you also get a **complexity of flavor.**
