Prominent Denver restaurateur Tom Ryan, co-founder of SmashBurger, Friday unveiled the newest restaurant in the “Tom’s” line – Tom’s Watch Bar at McGregor Square.
While the sports bar, tap room with A.C. Golden Tank Room and the Top Golf suites aren’t officially open until Monday, family, and friends got to experience a soft opening Friday while the ribbon cutting for McGregor Square was happening in the plaza and Rally Hotel.
